We made reservations for : pm dinnertime but was seated about minutes later. We came up around : and there was a huge line. Thinking it was for the walk ins but we became part of the line after checking in. They were front loading the premium members for sure. So that was the only bad part. Came here from some thorough research. Heard it was the best buffet on the strip so we tried it out. I can’t say much because I haven’t been to most of the other buffet was this was great too. The crab legs were cooked right. The meat wasn’t stuck to the shell so props to the chef on the crab. All the other food was great. Nothing amazing but still great. I recommend making reservations and coming early to wait in line for future reference.

Highly recommend for first timers, and reservation is a must!I had a reservation at pm. After checking in with the hostess, I had to wait in line for my turn to make payment. After which, I had to wait in line again to be seated. I was finally seated at :pm. The .hrs of dining time starts when the guest sits. The start time is stated on the paper, which is placed on your table. The spread was great. There were Chinese food which had fried rice, noodles, dim sum, etc. There were American, Mexican, Japanese food, etc. All food was self service except for the steaks, crabs, and ice cream. The food quality was good, and the food tasted delicious too.I recommend to go at least minutes before your reservation. Diamond and Seven Stars guests have priority lines. The restaurant is huge, and has a good seating layout.

Family of made reservations for Christmas Day. Still had to wait in a line despite reservations but not as long of line as those without reservations. Definitely pricey for Christmas Day buffet but the selection of food was outstanding. I didn't even make it to one whole section of offerings cause I saved room for dessert. The crab legs were amazing. The food wasn't really hot but I don't expect that at a buffet. The food was warm but it wasn't cold. The buffet was packed but the cooks were keeping up with the pace of people. Our server sucked. He took drink order, dropped off drinks eventually and basically never saw him until the very end of meal.

The Wynn Buffet is totally a better option. The bacchanal had a few more options but a lot of foods were cold(meatballs, tacos, mashed potatoes). The crab legs were so fishy, I don’t think they were good. The taco station was decent but very salty choices. The best station was the dessert in my opinion. The biggest reason why I am giving it an overall star is because you make a reservation to hold your spot in line which is not said in terms. The workers there could care less and also they had no way to fix it and if u get there at : for a : reservation u should be waiting minutes which is what I was told. But they had people at all different time such as : in line an hour before and they said that wasn’t allowed but they let it happen. I got seated at : after waiting for an hour. The workers had people they knew and let them cut in line .When I asked for a cooperation number they all looked like a deer in the headlights , and said to leave review on yelp. They allowed me to speak with a general manager but the employees said she knows nothing because she is new and only has worked there for a month or two. That is very critical that they were comfortable telling customers that. It was so disorganized on January , . I would definitely choose the Wynn every time over the bacchanal buffet .
